Transformation does not begin with speed, but with depth. Not with action, but with attention. I design spaces in which creative processes do not accelerate - but unravel, decelerate and renew. My work is not a workshop format, but an exploratory movement between art, design, philosophy and entrepreneurial reality.
In a time that calls for innovation, but often only means efficiency, I advocate a new way of thinking:
A design that not only creates products, but awareness. Leadership that is not based on control, but on resonance. Creativity that transforms rather than decorates.
With over two decades of experience at the interface of business, art and culture - as a fashion designer, artistic strategist, art therapist and manager - I draw from an interdisciplinary pool. My professional career ranges from haute couture to the structures of international brand management - and ever deeper into the question:

My processes combine design thinking, creative therapy, aesthetic education and contemplative practices such as meditation, relaxation and mindfulness. They are not tools of making, but practices of understanding. I don't work with the aim of becoming faster - but more truthful.
